Racing: Norway claims victory in the team competition ahead of Austria and Germany
In a wind influenced team competition Norway claimed victory in just one round ahead of Austria and the team from Germany.
Anders Bardal, Roar Ljoekelsoey (Fischer), Tom Hilde and Anders Jacobsen (Fischer) for Norway were on top of the podium at the end and secured victory 3 points ahead of Olympic Champions Austria who started with Wolfgang Loitzl and the three Fischer eagles Martin Koch (Fischer), Andreas Kofler (Fischer) and Thomas Morgenstern (Fischer). Third place was taken by the German team with Michael Uhrmann (Fischer), Martin Schmitt, Andreas Wank (Fischer) and Michael Neumayer 1.3 points ahead of Poland with Kamil Stoch (Fischer), Lukasz Rutkowski, Stefan Hula (Fischer) and Adam Malysz (Fischer).
After many interruptions and changes to the inrun the second round was cancelled. Tomorrow the jumpers will compete in the Individual.
